Yeah I was thinking that too. Not only the pictures show mostly leg injuries, but if you go on facebook and check out Radioman911's page, he's got a listing of all of the area hospitals and the injuries they're treating... it's almost exclusively leg trauma, with the occasional busted eardrums and head injuries.

Not much of an update but far as injuries or fatalities go, NHK is saying that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed no Japanese nationals are among either. I've heard that there are a handful of African and European nationals who got hit, but nothing reliable via any major foreign news.

Judging by the fact it "just happened" as people were carrying on enjoying the marathons conclusion means they didnt jump on a table screaming "I HAVE A BOMB YOURE ALL DEAD I HATE MY LIFE AND I HATE...", so no, idiot, guns wouldnt have prevented that.

because you can identify they are wearing a belt/vest and shoot them. i know that you took this too literally because you really wanted to make sure you had a reason to open your mouth, but the fact remains that the best method for stopping a suicide bomber is to shoot them many, many times.
