Fought Hurkan for 7hrs in shiva yesterday, main damage sources were SMNs using Shiva/Titan merit BPs,CORs doing Earth Shot and PUPs nuking with ice/stone as well, aura NEVER went down, I'm not sure ice damage is the key to take the aura down, it definetly didn't work for us. Also I was on PUP and caped @25k bayld at around the 4th hour or so, DCed at least 4 times (250sh ppl in zone at the end) and got 1 item (axe).
I knew I wasnt' getting credit for when I was completing some of my reives.
Seems like his elemental resists would shift at some points, possibly relating to the thunder aura. Auto favored blizzard for the majority of the fight, but would choose to use stone at times. I'm not sure if this was when aura dropped, it was so laggy it was hard to tell.
Normal automaton behavior is to nuke in the highest tier element it thinks won't be resisted for people unawares.
Could just be the whole nm resistance building thing maybe
What's the word on tanking Zapdos as a Run?
Well even at a 1/2 resist Run will still take 10% more dmg then Aegis on the magic dmg. But who knows maybe that update note about maximum resistances means you can force at least 1/4 resist most the time now
Anyone know if Tractor works in the Naakual BCs, or would it just wipe your reive status?
I miss when that spell actually had a use in the game.
Out of curiousity what are the item levels on the new naakul weapons?
How much damage are BPs with the new ammo doing against these?
That patch was to fix the issue where dying reset your participation.
There's always been, as far as I know, some level of requirement of participation to qualify for item rewards, in all types of reives. Even getting bayld/exp at the end does not necessarily mean you have met that requirement. However, it does seem possible that the requirement has been raised, as we had a COR arrive to Yumcax around 40%, deal over 140k damage, and still receive nothing. I arrived at 70% and did get an item (around 200k+ damage on my part; I started parse a bit after I joined though so I'm not sure).
On the other hand, it could be that the requirement is relative to the other players in the reive. When we did bee the first time and wiped (or at least the CORs and DD died) near the very end, I was the only one who did not get a reward.
Tamaxchi is only item level 115.. I was surprised that it wasn't 119 but I guess they did say the new Naakual equipment was lower than current Delve item level. Not sure but I'd assume all their other equipment is the same.
Spoiler: show
Axe is 115 as well, so it's safe to assume all the weapons are at least, on the axe note. What's going to be the concensus with that + Muyingwa's axe (119) still offhand Hanupuh even if the +skill doesn't works offhand?
Well the note said something about not automatically dual wielding... on the other hand by doing this they made DWs having 188 less acc/att on the offhand for right now and still alot less later on which is basically the same problem. Really could've been handled a bit better if they just didn't want to give a stat advantage to 1handers. Like only the highest one works or mainhand or average them together like delay does for dualwielding.
I think the intent is that eventually there will be +188 skill weapons for both hands putting everything back where it was, but it is lame now. I imagine spaghetti code means that if you try to make it take the max rather than the sum your offhand hits will heal the mob or something lime that
Yeah looks like they basically adding it too all the 100+ weapons... which will make it less bad. But then it will become mainhanding one weapon with +200acc while offhanding one with 160 or something given the lvl differences between best/2nd best weapons. Maybe eventually we will have more than 1 weapon of the same time at close enough item lvl where it wont still be crazy
