Cors do ~500 dmg every 45 sec. 22hp/tick poison does 330 hp in 45 sec.

was doing tchakka yesterday as BLU and cannonballed my ass off for 200 dmg per cast. ( higher with harden shell) was sub rdm for convert safe okeish dmg. 50% colo rate. you will eat dirt at some point when tanks go down. had no buffs ecxept for pro shell. Tidal guillotine can kiss my ass!

30% colo rate rng(or bow sam) with 3min/chaos doing 500-800 namas/coro/LS on Tchakka rng totally the way to go.
Nirvana Smn, 5/5 Thunderstorm was doing 550-680 damage on Achuka with Colonization rate at 32%.
1/5 Meteor Strike was doing 600-1030 on Colkhab with Colo rate at 46%.
Shock Squall, Tidal Roar and Diamond Storm stick well.
Tchakka ??? is at F-10 in Foret, ran around for like 10 minutes trying to figure out where it was in E-10.
JP alliance didn't bring any stunners to Tchakka, so Marine Mayhem wiped people repeatedly.
In a party of COR, each can do thousands of damage in 45 seconds with a proper Random Deal and Wild Card rotation. Pretty sure CORs always party up for these fights (at least smart ones). Probably closer to 5000 than 500 - each successful random deal gives 2 more shots, and each Wild Card gives another 2 shots and restores everyone's Random Deal.
Would meteor ACTUALLY be useful in these? I am only talking about 6blm max. Easily have enough COR's to make sure elemental seal will be available in 5min anyway, but is meteor damage tapered down to useless like almost all other forms of dmg available?
5000 is a decent estimate. My COR gear is terrible and I was only using Ori Bullets with 85 Arma yet I could put out 4800 damage every time Wild Card got restored. Obviously Random Deal pending but I was pretty lucky with it. It generally got me killed though.
*Thaumas Head + Stoic medal + Hecates + Moldavite + Mirke + AF3+2 boots was all I had. Other slots were empty QD wise, in some cases quite literally empty (Refresh Legs + Luzafs is the only other gear I took aside from staves). So obviously huge room for improvement.

I stacked up AGI on others, while I could, to avoid resisted? or missed? Idk, occasionally I see some lower dmg QD happened.
p.s. I got both Mage Head and Hands... both I could not wear lmfao... no 99 mage job here lol... Glad I can dbox them to mule... More Sux Hat and Quality Hands inc... -.-;
I didn't really struggle for resists at all (3 in ~250-275 cards). Was actually surprised how low a resist rate I had given that I wasn't even wearing AGI in appropriate slots. I really don't care about my COR at all so don't have gear for it but it's useful to have for these atm and the RNG's wanted buffs.
Across the two fights I got GKT and Choca Hat. All I want is boots! Choca hat is good, I just don't play those jobs frequently.
Worth noting that the charge up on Marine Mayhem is huge. You can outrun it if you don't have stunners. Wasn't so much an issue for us as we just had all ranged DD's and mages stay at 20+

It should also be noted that the resist rate is fairly high on quick draw also. Albeit my COR is pretty fresh to 99, and my quick draw build isn't perfect, but it's still pretty good. At 47% colonization rate, using thunder shot (gave best macc for me) I was shooting unresisted for 687. 1 in 5 were unresisted. 2 were half damage, and 2 were full resist (~69 damage). I know I have a bit of room to grow for my quick draw build (mainly in the macc are), but the resist rates were still really high. Ice shot on uptala (strong to ice) doesn't get resisted as much as a neutral element on achuka with or without ascetics on uptala.
I'm sure that with future coalition bonuses to ionis this will relieve itself, but for now, while CORs are fairly reliable damage, it takes a beefy build to reach that. Disseverment's poison wouldn't be anything to sneeze at by any means.
An asside: PUP with a good pet MAB build is also reliable hate - free damage. Pet nukes were landing for about 1.2k with a single ice maneuver and up to 2k with 3. Ice maker and MAB attachments. I'm curious to test the RNG puppet, bit I have to finish skilling that first. Cannibal blade is like quick draw except that the puppet gets slaughtered by AOE while TPing, so not an ideal choice.

Either your marksmanship skill is uncapped or you have shit gear/no food.
A good cor in a party with 5 other cors will shit all over pup (as will any decently supported melee).
You definitely must have underskilled marks or absolutely abyssmal luck
Like I said I literally had only 3 resists in 250-275 cards using Thunder Shot on Tchakka (All 3 were half resists) Gear was:
Arma (85) / Ori Bullet
Thaumas / Stoic / Hecates / Moldavite
Mirke / - / Luzafs / -
- / - / Refresh Legs / AF3+2
So basically bare minimum in terms of QD Acc. I have capped Marks but no Marks merits. No QD Acc merits either (I have PR recast + QD Recast). No help from rolls either as I was rolling purely for RNG damage.
Colonization rate was 30%.
