Equality means equality, and "take your dollars elsewhere" is not an acceptable solution. He is ambiguous about where they are banned, the duration, and the frequency (The former will become prominent soon). You state his figure is grossly exaggerated since the sessions occur for 90min, roughly, and at a weekly frequency.
