I want more, my wife wants less. Out of curiosity, how often do you couples (married or not) get laid? I'm lucky to get lucky once a week. I'd like to compare that to the general populous and pity myself.

Once a week..? Need to get her to counseling or find out who the other guy is she's banging.

As for my/our statistics, 5-6 times a week. Though it's a lot more formal/less romantic now due to him finishing school and me working 70 hours a week .

I'm 33 and she's 31 and I'd say we average about once a week. Sometimes we'll go up to 3 weeks without it and some weeks we'll do it 3-4 times, depending on what's going on in life. She definitely wants it more than me too.

I should also mention that we both work and go to school full time and have a 4 year old kid, so we don't get much alone time. If we had more free time I'm sure it would be closer to 2-3 times a week.

This kind of stuff completely depends on so many factors and the quirks of each individual. Stress, diet, mood, work, time, hormones, season, etc.

For me a big one is stress. I don't know if it's a typical gender thing, but when I'm stressed out, I want to hump anything that moves as a form of release. When my... friend... is stressed out, she can't get in the zone at all. Which makes for not much sexies when there's a universally stressful environment on both of us. Also, I've had some major slumps where I couldn't give a shit about sex outside of the occasional fap or BJ. Those are rough since it's difficult to get it across to your partner that it's not them.

I've been all over the map with frequency though. In college, I was a 1~2 per day wild fun sexies, then it slowly faded into 1 per day, and careers/adult life turned it into a 1 per week.

I dunno about that, as far as I am aware... I think they have a resurgence of sex hormones so it seems like a prime since they are far hornier than the years just before but I think women's actual sex prime (when they want it the most) is supposedly in the late teens/early 20s.
