It was something that's been given as 2 minutes almost every other time in the playoffs. It can be called as a PS but usually isn't.

Regardless of the goal being waved off, it was still a terrible call. That's a penalty on DET and DET only. Calling matching minors there is just showing you have no balls and don't want to put a team down a man late, so don't even bother calling it.
