I haven't bought an NHL game since 11 because of how fucked up the injury system is in Dynasty mode. Petty? Yes. I admit that. But that's part of what's fun about doing GM mode. Dealing with periodic injuries. Not losing 3 of your top six after two simulated games and another 4 after five games. Shit's broken and beyond retarded.

I love Dat AssEffect as a whole, Battlefield is my shit since 1942 and I like Dragon Age to a much lesser extent after the 2nd one.

Still a shame they killed Dead space

I still love firing up 1942 every now and then. Such a fantastic game. Though I never quite got the hang of flying. I'm pretty terribad at that.

To be fair, I assume you are playing with the Penguins and they are pretty much always injured.

I usually just sim one week a month with injuries and turn them off the rest of the time. It sucks to deal with but all sports games screw up huge chunks of the games. It would be nice if they would just do a complete rebuild of most franchises. Every single sports game has the same issues as well, bad injury systems (too many and too long), retarded trades/no GM logic, bad line/lineups/minutes/roster decisions, terrible progression, etcetc.

I agree but I remember back in the 10 & 11 versions the injury logic was nowhere near as bad. It was done very well.
