Emery probably gone too, lol. At least Leddy shouldn't cost us an arm and a leg like Bickell and Stalberg would.

Re: Colorado not taking Jones
Forward prospects have been much more predictable in their performance compared to D prospects, in that you could say they're safer. Thus MacKinnon isn't a stupid choice at #1 looking at it from this side. Not to say that it will look like that in the future. I would go for Jones because he seems to be BPA and fits a huge need, but Sakic and Roy haven't proven to be Gretzky-level hockey minds yet so they get a pass for now.
Was walking down the street toward the red line, saw a crowd of people. Made my way in and saw this, lol.

holy shit, hahah!
Currently looking for sexy ladies to wear Canucks Swag to use as Avatar. PM for details. LOLZ.
Torts did great. I am excited for this change. Kesler was mad for the entire thing. Twins could be on the PK, which is an awesome idea. Who better then the cycle kings to play keep away.
they gotta debut any/all remaining new jerseys and we gotta get through draft/UFA frenzy so I can decide what to buy as far as my % off nhl.com purchase offer that expires in september from last year's NHL13 collector's edition purchase.
Im thinking Josh Harding Minnesota 3rd, Preds Weber home, Bluejackets 3rd Bobrovsky if they resign him, maybe a Bissonnette player T for the lols. Selanne before he retires is really tempting too.
Speaking of jerseys, when did Carolina's third jersey get so sexy?

wait, is the Kings pick 26th because they got to the WCF?
from Wiki
The Los Angeles Kings' first-round pick will go to the Columbus Blue Jackets as a result of a trade on February 23, 2012 that sent Jeff Carter to Los Angeles in exchange for Jack Johnson and this pick[15] (being conditional at the time of the trade).[16] One condition was converted on April 5, 2012, when Los Angeles qualified for the 2012 Stanley Cup playoffs, giving Columbus the right to choose between Los Angeles' first-round picks in either 2012 or 2013.[17] The other condition was converted on June 22, 2012, when Columbus chose not to take Los Angeles' first round pick in 2012, giving them this pick.[18]
tl;dr Kings dont own a 1st round pick
I know they didn't because of the Carter trade. I just didnt know their pick was 26th.
That deal really didnt seem to work out for the Jackets, lol.
Yea, would have been the 27th, not 26th.
In the end, Kings won the Cup with that trade. All Columbus got was an arguably overrated Jack Johnson and no playoff spots.
Oh, 27th, sorry.
And yeah, so glad we unloaded Jack Johnson. Dude is a -90 in his career and Voynov is a hell of a lot better than he ever will be.
So what are the chances of Alfredsson returning for another season? It looks like there will be a decision by this weekend.
You know why else the Bruins suck? If they had won on Monday, thered be another day of hockey (tonight)....
Ok Bruins, I dont hate you as much anymore
