still a very nice hat. too bad it's so ugly
I don't really agree with either statement. Hyaline hat was a marginal upgrade over other options for debuffs and a solid realrazer piece on top of being on par with nares for fast cast. Nahtirah has the same uses as Hyaline in my eyes, just +5 to the relevant stat. It is still beaten in terms of nuking potential and in some cases (though very few) beaten in terms of Macc for MND debuffs by Xux (not enough to justify keeping both obviously).
Looking back on it looks like they boosted all the base dmgs by fairly similar numbers within a tier and then increased all the M values but more with the "weaker" elements. Like say thunder V's V=874 M=2.29 change to V=900 M=4 while stone V's V=626 M=2.29 change to V=650 M=5.5
Not sure how much that will currently change gearing for thunder/ice nukes and such since the increase in base dmg with just what we have will also skew things against things that add to base dmg too... plus not sure if this will effect inflection points
Has there been any further determination on the correct way to fight Faded Cracklaw? Apparently the directional thing was a bust, and the only other thing mentioned was SC+MB and you can dmg it for a few seconds. Is this a formless strikes/mura sam fight?
Pretty much sc and beat it up. Mura doesn't matter much on it.
SE is also adjusting the mp costs and cast/recast times for the nukes. Stone will cost roughly half of thunder and Tier 1~3 nukes will be a bit more spammable.
Probably a bad idea.
Would It be good to bring one BST for Killer Instinct into fracture?
Any tips for the scorpion beyond keeping him debuffed and meleeing him to death? We took him down last night and it took something like 18 minutes. This was with scherzo/march and two rolls. We had a few deaths due to death scissors and hell scissors anyway. Recommendations?
Rotate Brds and Cors
Edit: And I'd guess hybrid sets + DD song instead of shcerzo? I've only done it a few times and that's what they used.
You have enough of a heads up to put on a full PDT set when it TPs, too.
Curious what rolls most are doing? I stick with attack & accuracy. And get dd's to eat sushi as well.
Depends on the mob. Most Delve NMs just require Madrigals and Pizza+1 (assuming the DDs have good accuracy sets: 99 relic or upgraded Delve Path B gear). I think we generally do Minuetx2-4/Madrigalx2/Marchx2 with WAR and DRK rolls with DDs eating Pizza+1 or Sushi, depending on their personal accuracy and preferences. I have over +135 Accuracy in my TP set so I use Pizza+1. On the Raptor (which is highly evasive) we switch to Hunter's Roll instead of DRK. On the Eft we use Embrava (it can't be Dispelled).
We've been concentrating on Morimar so I can't really comment on Ceizak/Foret yet.
