In their defence, you could have tried talking to them in private. I know they shared information with us.
We did have a GEO and we've always said we use GEO's for everything. We did not have a THF. 8 Songs / 4 Rolls is the exact same thing we had too. 3 extra RNG's should easily cover (and then some) what the 1 GEO does so I doubt just the GEO is your issue.
Having 99 Guns/Bows means nothing if they don't change their gearsets to suit.
The standard RNG build doesn't have anywhere near as much accuracy as seems to be required for these fights. That's probably where the issue lies
And as annoying as dragging the PUP thing on for an entire page was(lets skip that in the future), lets try not to shit on the only people shedding light on this
geo buffs/debuffs r good because it will never be dispelled, if you have a good GEO with DT-, it seem almost every fight timing can be reduced visibly, including outside NMs
eg. mastop goes down almost 1 times faster than w/o a geo.......
a factor of 1? 100%? if it takes 10mins without, only 5 with? I think that's what he meant
I'm sure that's what he meant. Just pointing out the typo.
The most annoying thing about these NM's is trying to sell the mats. So many people are idiots and expect the mats to be like 5m. Having to deal with them purely to find a serious buyer makes me think we should just keep the items within the LS!
Yeah pretty much. I'm sure in the longterm mats will be more widely available but for the foreseeable, I don't see many LS'es being capable of killing Tojil.
I mean most people couldn't even muster together Legion clears, nevermind Mul clears. Legion was easier / more braindead than Tojil.
We also didn't have any deaths on Tojil until like the last 5-10% so would have been likely been shafted if people had died midfight.
some people still believed that the crafting mats will appear as buyables after a win so thats why :X
are those groups that are having trouble with ranged accuracy using SV / JA buffs from bard?
For what its worth im sure its a fluke though, but the first bee run that i went on rng i got stuck in the reject pt. My buffs were paeons and marches on rng for most of the boss fight. My ranged acc was < 30% at most. However, my weaponskill (coronacht) acc was very high (went like 11/11) with only racc coming from gear and occasional sharpshot and sushi.
I thought this was very weird. So I went cor on the winning run to test this out. On cor with 0 ranged acc buffs (2nd party i had to roll for i had to give DA roll and TP roll) i tried 5 last stands in no ranged acc gear outside af3+2 gear and couldn't hit it. So next time im going to bring some racc gear and food and try again to see if it was just a fluke or not.
Hope this helps. I think if ws acc is higher on this, could probably have melee tp on fodder and ws bee. Or my experience could have been an extremely lucky fluke, either way, ill hopefully test it again soon if i get a chance
Short of being obsoleted these weapons are going to remain expensive as fk, Even considering how often you enter, You're still going to need the 3 Beeds, which is a time consuming matter for even the best LS. So while somewhere, in the distant future, these might begin droppin in price, i don't think that its currently logical to go "Pfft, BEst weapon in the game? Best i can do is 5$"
It is nice to see GEO so useful and I enjoy coming it (though I wish I could more than stand around without using more MP....). How is RUN for all that magic damage?
For the record. Bee has ~750k HP and Tojil has ~1.3m. I am hoping Shark falls somewhere in the middle.
Tojil's -DT for the first 25% should not be underestimated. It took us ~12-13 mins to do the first 25% and ~13-14 mins to do the remaining 75%.
where did u spend the other 18 mins on O_O
eft + mata should be able to do together since you can attack eft, while mata is sitting just next to the ranger PT and when 7th WS goes, rng can arrow burn it down like 1 min then finish up the eft after
