I did a couple fracture NM kill runs yesterday, and it definitely seems to be that 1 drop is 100% inside.

Cool cool I have like 6 rocks ready to go going to hit up mata, eft, and raptor inside low man style crossing my fingers.

Inside is definitely 1 drop.

Anyone killed an inside NM after getting the HQ message? I've seen it once on Peiste inside but we timed out before he died.

Matamata pop can get crowded now, so keep that in mind too.

Nothing gets crowded on Leviathan, it's a ghost town. Does anyone have any statistics for weapon drops off T4/5s?

Ventriloquy exchanges the enmity of the master and the automaton. Used in tandem with Deactivate, PUP can shed their enmity substantially faster than DRG

True but if there pet is shooting a lot it might have more hate then you lol.

Question of my own:

First try at raptor went terribly, wiped at like 7% after raging it. What kind of setup did ppl have? we talking ghorn/daur brds and such?

I tried it outside and inside. It dies in slightly more than 10 mn outside with 3 MNK/WAR, in 15 mn inside the fracture with 2 MNK/WAR. Buffs are nothing hyer buffed (marchx2 madx2 sushi). The MNK have the skirmish weapon / nakual weapon though.

Should take no more than3-4 minute with a full alliance. Idk if there is a gimmick, but he does hit like a truck for the first few seconds of the fight (700/hit), but quickly starts hitting normally after some damage has been done. Ididn't notice any special damage reduction.

I'll post how it goes, it sounds doable in 20mins if they can do it in 15mins with 2 MNKs too.

FYI, I've done Raptor in 11 minutes with MNK MNK BRD COR WHM

So yes, you can. Neither of us were R15'd or anything either. Just the typical Usu+1 2/5 etc

Pretty sure that's with HF.

It has to be, 2 is minimum even with 2 March Haste for me

It can be done if everything goes perfect any slip and can fail we watched many fail lol. That 55 second window can seem to close real quick. Mnk, Brd and healer just makes it easier and gives a margin of error haste + marches or so win. Key as always can't kill what you can't hit...

I've been killing the turtle without Hundred Fists with just BRD WHM or SCH and MNK. There are days on Shiva where I've had mata to myself for hours on end as well. Even if you don't manage to kill it within the window, finishing it off is still easy, just takes another 7min to build up physical resistance (best to cancel formless because Debilitating Spout can dispel all buffs). Formless Strikes wont be ready again in the 7min but between Chi Blast, BRD and mage nukes you can easily finish the last 10% or so.

After reset all dmg goes to 0? Should still get enough tp just taking hits to ws by the time another 7 min passes

Yes you could get tp to do it once I guess. However it starts using tp faster under 50% and if the mob has anything more than 15% left a sch + a single cata probably isn't taking it down. Its just better to hit it for 3mins, reset it again with some magic then formless it, or disengage on mnk and t1 nuke it.

That said, with a brd its impossible to fail unless you fuck something up.

Would be more finicky if Deus Ex Automata didn't exist, but it does, so it'd be easy to abuse deactivate even with a pet not at 100% HP.

Well the finicky part about it is really timing it so that you can do that AND get enough dmg in and get the tp to keep the def down on it over the drg who just has to sit there and jump/angnon lol
