Wasn't me! Posting from phone right now but I can fix it later in about an hour if whoever did it doesn't get to it. Definitely need #4 to be OP, though like you said I would suggest trying to accumulate information at the wiki page linked above.

    Is Forri-Porri at J-10, J-9, I-9, or I-10?

Err, I was in the process of posting that as you posted I didn't mean you in particular just whomever. Just looks funky.

Rereading the official Delve stuff I think this is one useful bit that I didn't notice initially:
Fractures are broken up into three main areas, and adventurers are only deemed fit to advance from one to another if they have met certain conditions placed on them within the fracture. There are two main ways via which the ethereal passages within a fracture open up to outsiders:

・All NMs in the area are defeated
Defeating all NMs in the current area will enable you and your allies to press onward.

・A certain amount of time passes
Some passageways unlock after a specific amount of time has passed. However, once the passageways have been opened, the terrifying beasts lurking beyond will advance upon the intruding pioneers.
So there's a total of 3 "sections" in the instance containing the NMs and regular mobs.

    Edit:

Not sure the exact position but he's like standing under the overhang of a building down the street from the Coalition, not even inside the Coalition itself.

Depends on the enspell. Run ones aren't effected by mdb but aegis mdt will still lower it. But I think I saw a SS of 1.2k enspell. If that guy had regular capped mdt an aegis would've brought it down to 300. Still rather crazy

Just to note, on the wiki it says you need the respective Naakual crest to get the KI for Delve. This isn't true. I've never killed Colkhab, so I lack Aged Matriach Naakual crest, and I was able to get a celadon yantric planchette made.

It's been pretty ambiguous about the requirements, but as I understand it, you only need a wildskeeper kill to enter the actual fracture, correct?

Meaning, I, with no wildskeeper kill under my belt yet, can take a a motley crew to kill the field delves? Or do I require the wildskeeper KI to even do those?

Any jackass with a shard can pop the field NMs. To enter the Fracture the leader must meet the criteria, but no other members need to. They need to first complete one of any of the Naakul fights for the permanent key-item that just makes the Delve NPC not tell you to fuck off.

Then they need to obtain one of any of the 3 types of Yggrete Rocks. (Rocks can drop from mobs or in Reives and sold on AH.) They trade the Yggrete Rock to the NPC and she gives them a Planchette key-item. Leader who enters the Fracture must be the one with the Planchette, any other random jackass with SoA can join the party if they're level 95+. You and your party can do more Fracture runs as much as you want with no cooldown/penalty as long as you get the Yggrete Rocks to make more Planchettes.

(Anybody feel free to correct me if I'm wrong)

In case it wasn't mentioned, you can get shards as well in souls.. what a waste of a placeholder spot for potential skirmish items.

    Spoiler: show

Would be more useful if you can get beads from souls.

Okay... Just found out the hard way. The Delve in Ceizak requires you to go through an NM before you can get anywhere.
Whereas Morimar was rather spread out and mobs were mixed.

I attempted to take a PUG of 18 into Ceizak Delve and was unaware of this. Wasted 15 min trying to kill an NM we weren't setup to. I found the correct path behind the NM, so we did a full wipe and carried on down the path and left the NM.
This allowed us to kill about 15-25 NQ mobs (50 Plasma each) before time ran out.

Entering again to attempt the same thing for the purpose of strictly farming Plasma.
Going to Sac pull the Scorpion away, let the Alli sneak by and continue this method for as far as we can. NQ mobs appear to re-pop but maybe I just got turned around.

For the record Dead people DO obtain the Plasma as well.

Can you try to note what your entrance position is when you enter the instance? Even if (I assume) there's no map given, it should still tell you the position. If the position is known then we can compare your experience to the various Cirdas [U] maps and eliminate possible maps by seeing which matches your position.

So to confirm: theoretically you can get delve gear without killing naakual, BUT only via direct drop from the NMs.

If you wanna lead a delve run or buy delve gear from mithra you need a naakual kill, but theoretically speaking since you can build up plasma beforehand, you can build plasma now and get naakual kill later to buy your item if you don't wanna rely on RNG gods to get your sweet drop?

Finally, has anyone found any of the uber tier weapons unlocked by killing an NM, or are we assuming you need to beat the final boss to be able to buy the weapons?

The mithra mannequin does not sell the Delve gear she mainly seems to explain the system and deal with the items and key-items used for it. Forri-Worri or whatever the shit by Inventors Coalition trades you the gear, and Benjaimen augments it.

You don't have to kill a Naakual at all. You just need to be in the party that kills a Delve NM to get the NPC to sell shit to you, and then either get the drop or earn enough Plasm to buy it.

Ah there's two npcs ok now I see. You don't even need to kill naakual at all, just one of the alliance members does to get everyone inside cool cool! And because pop items and shards and shit arent Ex whole alliance can hold em and just trade em in sets to leader and you can do the run repeatedly. Awesome!

Sorry missed this, but we're currently at I-9. Not the entry, but inbetween Chapuli NM, and Scorpion NM.
    H-9 is Scorpion

Do any specific mobs drop the stones for the key item? I killed a ton of rabbits but did not get any stones.

SE really seems to have gotten there shit together this expansion, every facet of it is something I am enjoying. Quickly repeatable progression missions (coalitions)? The colonization reives between those when I'm out of dailies? Epic boss fight that (le gasp) requires cooperation instead of competition?! Epic weapons that you can theoretically solo after gaining access to it from NPC, but you also have the option of mass farming it with friends or an entire LS?!?!? CUSTOMIZABLE ARMOR?!?!

Who are these people and what have they done with the dev team we all have grown to loathe and hate?

I'm having trouble finding the ??? in Morimar, I know it's I-5 but how do you get there? It looks like it's on a ledge without a ramp. lol.
