I'll upload the full parse if people wanna pick it apart.
Weaponskill sequence for Taint:
Code:
Weaponskills
Namas Arrow
3311 3617 3750 3642 4159 3411 3231 3756 4351 4485
4440 2797 2150 2303 3179 2832 1848 1801 2301 1824
1451 1423 1566 2335 1951 1615 1478 2025 3498 1520
1288 1005
Those are from the Offense Details page with Show Details option checked. It's in sequential order (eg: 3311 > 3617 > 3750 > etc).
You can clearly see after the 11th weaponskill (4440) there's a sharp drop, and then again after the 16th (2832). There's one good weaponskill near the end (3498), but it looks like the entire last half of the fight he was doing about half normal damage.
If we look at the ranged shots:
Code:

we see a similar general trend downwards. Damage drops roughly in half after the 36th shot, aside from occasional double damage shots. There's a further reduction after the 55th shot, though there are occasional periods where it looks like it climbs back up to the second tier. The last dozen shots seemed lucky to climb over 200 each.
Next, we want to look at the other DDs to see if there's a similar effect on all of them (in which case we'd want to look at either debuff problems or the mob buffing itself), or if it only affects some of them (in which case we'd want to look at the buffs players receive).
Krisstina: Shows identical patterns to Taint.
Gimpking: Shows identical patterns to Taint (including the one high damage weaponskill near the end).
Genosuke: Shows identical patterns to Taint (including one higher damage weaponskill near the end).
Since all DDs are seeing the same effect, it's likely a debuff issue or a mob issue. Note that buffs were apparently filtered, so I can't be certain of the party makeups. I'm guessing Taint and Krisstina were in one party, and Gimpking and Genosuke were in a second party, but that might not be correct.
All 4 rngs have similar weaponskilling rates, so progression should be fairly similar there. All four used Squid Sushi +1.
The parse shows Minuets being up 85% of the time, but that's using an old model of song duration (made back at level 75, when all you could do was +2 any given song). With a 99 GHorn, song durations should be 25% longer, which means it should be 100% coverage of Minuets.
Dia II was used 40 times, to it was most likely kept active almost the entire time (Buffs by Time doesn't pick up on them all, though). There were 23 uses of Light Shot, so the enhanced effect was most likely in effect the vast majority of the time.
Looking at the Damage Graph, everyone's damage almost flatlines between roughly 17.5 and 22 minutes into the fight (note: that's on the overall graph; damage didn't start til about 55 seconds in). Also, almost half of all damage done was done within the first 5 minutes. After that point, slopes for all DDs fall off dramatically. For example, Krisstina has a DPS of 310 for the first 5 minutes of the fight. For the next 11 minutes, she had an average DPS of 110. After that is the above mentioned flatlining.
So the fight is basically broken into three stages: High DPS start, low DPS middle, flat DPS end. Something changed in the 11:37 to 11:38 time period. Don't see anything immediately obvious in the raw data log, but will have to come back to it later.
