Trying to assess corsair's capability to shoot bosses(I dream of not playing /whm!), with my current set assuming /rng for an extra +22(and occasional sharpshot) I have 717 ranged accuracy before buffs. With average hunter, geo eva down and food I should go up to around 950ish, not considering songs cause I don't think bards would give me preludes.
How does that relate to bosses evasion?

dream on. you might do okeish on pre NMs, but without brd songs (and since rotating cors doesnt give you much time to shoot anyway) I dont see you even comeing close to rngs, not to mention normal melees. /whm is sadly the best choice :/, would be nice if SE would do something about it ._.

I've seen subtle mumblings before but not this. It just appeared in the log when I entered a Morimar delve plasm fodder farm.

I didn't notice anything different, except for maybe an enhanced pop rate: the main room party couldn't keep it clear at times, despite having two senbaak nagans.

it makes all the airlixers drop at the top of the pool, and adds 1 more to the total, so you get 4 instead of 3.

Uh, just got 100% bead message from shark... it corresponded with some weird behavior as well. We've never seen it wander out of the big area before, but this one wandered down the hall where wall explodes while we were killing the adds from T5 Krab (so basically immediately.) In fact, we didn't even notice it until it aggroed us and we got "You feel a tense pressure gripping the air." Not sure if it's related in any way, but we had also had the "subtle murmor" when we entered the zone as well.

This isn't true at all; we've never had that message and 4 a couple times.

My experience dictates that the message prioritizes uncommon drops for lesser NMs, but those could just be coincidental

I saw the tense pressure message on a pre-NM the second i claimed it for pulling while on a tojil run. Not really sure anything different happened though.

our cor /dncs and melees; seems more interesting than /whm.

edit: for tojil, and 1-5s, dont think cor could push the acc needed for muying.

I've seen it on pre NMs, but never on bosses...

Calculate how much accuracy a melee gets with the right buffs/gear, and see how far off you are. It also depends on how you guys compose your runs whether this might be good overall or not (how much dmg does the cor contribute verses how much support could be offered and strain released on the mages via /whm).

Was beaded, talking about the original first kills. Haven't 5nm it yet, our last kills we used the old beads we had laying around.

The tense pressure message will appear every time you aggro a NM if you get the murmur message at the start of the run. The message will reappear if NM deaggroes and you aggro it again (same as outside).

It definitely isn't for every NM and in fact I've been on runs with 0 messages with a murmor. Here's the picture of the shark doing it:

Like I said, I've never seen it on Toj/Muyingwa/Daku at all before tonight and it happened twice.

Yeah cor/dnc Acc on tojil and shark is fine with buffs (we have 2x G.horn/durdabala/carwehien bards though) but with preludex2(sv'd) and lucky or 11 hunters, and sushi as much acc as i could muster i might have had a 70-80% hit rate.... it's really bad honestly

Yeah Cor/dnc is pretty fun, and it provides some nice utility, when you have exenterator spam it makes light with shinjin spiral, and when you go up against mobs with funky -DT gimmicks, requiscat does o.k. (was hitting for 2k consistently on the cracklaw and the crab NM in fort. de hennitel delve)

I mean when you have 2 cor/dnc you can keep up, on top of all the other de-buffs we players are doing to the mobs, -24 evasion / -13% Def / Some ammount of lowered magic resistance.

Hm. We usually get the message for every NM, including the boss.

Strange, I was the one pulling that entire run so I know that we didn't get them on anything but shark and that's the first time we've ever seen it on shark.

Its definitely NOT every NM, probably killed close to 100 tojils and only ever seen tense pressure once inside, seen mumbling quite a bit thought.

Every time I've seen it, I've seen the message on every NM. That said, I've seen it three times.
