Could well be that the NQ mobs have a randomized stats or pop with 1 special quirk. Like maybe some pop with high evasion, some with high HP, some with high attack, some with high defence, etc.

I noticed that in Ceizak delve, it seemed like mobs gained massive eva for no reason for a brief period. For example, started a fight with Sekkanoki Reso/Reso, first one landed full hits, second one missed entirely, along with several other people's Vsmites, Stardivers, Shoha, etc.
No rhyme or reason to it from what I've seen, but it passes after a short time and then it dies like normal.
We did 5 Fracture farming runs in Ceizak last night and at least some of the evasion spikes are time based. At the 15 min mark, which is also when we got a message each time, acc was floored for what seemed like 30 to 45 sec. That's the only pattern I made out but it is making me wonder if It is time based
I noticed on t1 morimar seemed to get stronger to whatever was being used a lot recently. Like at first when were spamming everything atonement always did triple but after only pld on it would take less. Or magic dmg would go up but go right back down after a few nukes then melee hits would do insane amounts but go back after awhile. I'm thinking maybe it has a set amount of total -dt it can have and how much is in each category changes based on dmgs dealt? Was fun doing 12k sa cannonball in my benthic set completely unbuffed no other jas lol
Did you happen to notice / can you look back to see if melee damage spiked right after that? If so it might be a smart idea to have a couple BLU / BLM to do some damage in that category to keep the damage balanced. This makes sense since SE has always talked about making all jobs have a role, this opens that window.
Not directly Delve related, but do people think TH effects drop rate on Shards? I was lead to believe it doesn't and I'm not sure if 52 shards in 14 hours is a high or low number. I'm aware this isn't the best way to farm points, but I prefer it when no one feels like putting together a group for inside.
I'm trying to justify doing drk/thf or bringing a thf mule. This was on DRK/SAM.

Not sure if it has any merit but adding onto the resistance business in delve, there were a couple instances in Ceizak where it gained super eva, and the cor would wildfire for 3600~ and the eva boost would instantly dissipate. Needs further testing before any conclusive thought is held though
Restating what I mentioned a few pages back, since people are talking about similar experiences in ceizak delve, trying to find correlation:
after rangers acc became floored on the chapuli nm, they started managing to land hits with a staff, even though racc was floored. Later in the run, our pld started swinging away at a regular crawler. acc was fine for a bit, then suddenly floored. Also, during the chapuli, my wildfires were almost all 1-200 dmg, rarely spiking 4-500, even when quick draws were fairly consistant.
I believe that there is something to using different damage types to minimize the eva issues, even with fodder mobs. These weaknesses/strengths appear to change at some point, for some reason, and presumably can be changed again by possibly meeting specific conditions. potentially these conditions could be doing a certain amount of dmg of the 'weak' type to push it into the next phase.
This would explain why sometimes mobs seem just fine for most of the alliance, then suddenly floor. while other times it is floored from the start. Sadly most of the dmg right now is slashing/magic, with a bit of peircing. so the second it hits blunt, everything stops.
manibozho brais path B is ranged attack... ffs SE. Only path A is decent.
Matsui said something like "I could give you a clue about one NM's weakness but if I did that, it would make finding the other NM's weakness far too obvious". So there's probably a patter or a rhyme/reason regarding the weaknesses. As for the Butterfly, after 49% is gained 99% PDT and capped evasion about 6 minutes into the fight. We somehow were able to drop that PDT because someone said to SC+MB and we did that and it seemed to work(could be confirmation bias) and full damage resumed until 25%. After 25% we tried another SC, didn't work, tried it over and over with light/dark, MBing every element etc didnt work. We held it for 2 hours trying different spells/JA, and eventually gave up because melee could not gain TP or land WS anymore(DRKs were entirely missing Resolutions and shit).

Good job to whoever figured out the gimmick with this NM (T5 Wamoura) and allowed us to avoid the Gnat
