Noticed that it looked like it had ice spikes, if that's the case I'd suppose they all have their respective zone buffs. Ice spikes/evasion/attack.

I can offer some insight into the uragnite. Not sure if it's known or posted, but his -dt is proportional to the amount of debuffs on him. We did ES+Impact rotation with 3 people. Was doing over 400 damage per shot on COR with impact up, around 70 w/o. I could see my damage per shot go up every time someone landed a debuff on him as well.
What is the gimmick on krabakarpo? He goes down really fast at first, and then my shots went from 200+ to 50. Magic damage remained pretty potent throughout, though a few wildfires did only 400. QD damage remained pretty much the same. I assume it has something to do with scissor guard and bubble curtain. I thought it had to do with equaling out magic/physical damage, but my ranged shots were exactly the same after wildfire. He also seemed to stop using scissor guard after a while and only used bubble curtain. Something seems to trigger their usage, because he can spam them back to back. I think I saw him use scissor guard 3 times in a row once.
Is anyone else just happy to see that these version of them are as big as advertised? '~'
I think it's fun. But as long as the fights are progress fights where you learn a thing or two now and then and not brick walls because of spiked difficulty making it impossible until they introduce new gear. But we don't know for sure.
To add more to this.
We noticed a couple of stuns did land ( need to confirm this ), however we noticed that there might be a postional requirement to landing any spells on this. ( again only guessing at this point and we need to confirm ) ill post tommorow when i talk to them.
DD's were getting trashed unless they were wearing full PDT gear.
We belive the aura was activated upon engage although again i want to stress this needs confirming.
Aoe range was massive and was hitting mages who should have been 20+ away at least.
It looks as if there is some kind of gimmick to this fight or at the very least designed to be a cock block. We will probably farm a few more pops and see if we can at least confirm the above. Ill try and post again when we fight or at least stream it again so we can figure this shit out.
We've gotten bee to 45% with major fuckups and LD. I'm sure could have been to 25-30% or so if it was smoother. Haven't re-tried it yet, hard to get everyone we need on. Basically spamming practice runs to try to improve our NM kill times. Ran parses upgraded gear, should be soon.
Jpns on our server gotten tojil down to 30-40% or so from what they tell me.
Macross, what kind of party setup do you use for the bee and what two NMs do you leave up?
Probably about the same at this point... but think they said they increasing rate and well ya know plasm, airlixers and drops both on the farms and the pratice vs junk on farming and some decent gear but weapons outdated. Another point is other people will join in on the wildskeeper
Btw anyone tested nuke dmg on matamata when going magic dmg route. Like specifically helixes... I mean if you can get them to 99999 which should be theoretically possible if it's taking 128X magic dmg then you could deal just under 1.9 mil with just that spell <.<
Kaustra did 99999999 but the dot after that didn't do much.
Off a bit from what's currently discussed.
We tried Raptor "inside" as lowman. 2 MNKs WHM BRD. (was bored)
MNK seems to whiff a lot on it, with food and songs. Not sure what's triggered it's evasion.
I know many of you here keep saying Zerk it with songs and rolls. I'm just interested to find out any gimmick on this Raptor.
At some point during this fight, it seems slowing attack. (tp move that it used was the Breath move)
At some point during this fight, it keeps doing triple attack. (tp move that it used was the Chomp move)
Not sure which is actually triggered these.
p.s. BRD sleep it easily for first 5 to 8 songs, thereafter, resisted.
friend says JP wiki mentions that the Raptor seems to occasionally trigger the massive spike dmg and triple attack when magic dmg is dealt. but mentions that verification is still needed.
so, it's something like
Chapuli - NO WS
Raptor - NO magic
Not sure the JA trigger anything: (suspecting by eyeballing)
"Outside" fight, we had (3 dd , cor , brd, whm)x3, one PLD rep'd a DD.
Upon popped, PLD Provoke, then it "triple attack" many DDs dead.
We had BRD rotation and etc.
Second round, popped, told PLD not to provoke. Fight went smoothly... killed in 10mins.
p.s. PUG , not super duper LS thing, so ... 10mins, considered ok ok to me ;p
