If they are going to be resurrecting a dead Sith lord for the movie they should skip Plagueis and bring back Bane.

idk, resurrecting plagueis makes about as much sense as any resurrection. he was supposedly the one to master life/death, and caused anakin to be conceived as an experiment.

I can see a cult of Sith Inquisitors visiting the Sith home world of Korriban and performing a ritual to have a sacrifice be the host to a long dead Sith Lord... Plagueis would be great, but Bane would be greater since he is the one who developed the concept.

Kylo Ren Helmet?

I like the look of the original concept helmet (super Revan-esque), however, I understand why they would go with his helmet. Very reminiscent of Vader. I hope Kylo Ren ends up wearing this one and Serkis character ends up wearing the Revan helmet

But if we take the EU into consideration Bane did it first. There is still uncertainty as to whether or not Bane ever actually died because of him finding the way to transfer his essence into another force user. Plagueis himself could have actually been Bane all along which is something that could actually make sense going by the novel. Plagueis was killed by Palpatine only moments before Obi-Wan killed Maul who in the movie seems to have a moment of utter confusion while looking down at Obi-Wan hanging over the pit. One thought is Bane/Plagueis tried to jump his essence out and into Maul not knowing what he was dealing with at the time which led to that confusion and gave Obi-Wan the opening to strike him down. Not something they will ever cover now that that EU is dead.

Just a little speculation for my fellow Star Wars Geeks regarding who Rey is:

I read an interesting thought that maybe Rey is actually a Skywalker rather than a Solo. To me, Rey looks very similar to Leia and Han, however, there are a few indications that she may be a Skywalker.
1. Each Skywalker has been introduced on a desert planet.
2. Her leaked costume (and trailer costume) looks very reminiscent of early Luke sketches
3. speeder bike = Luke's landspeeder
4. Lack of a last name
Based on the EU, I really thought Gleeson would be Skywalkers son (possibly Ben), so who knows.
