While Star Wars fans are sweating the arrival of the highly anticipated film Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens, the second movie in the new trilogy is already beginning to take shape. While next to nothing is actually known about the eighth episode a very interesting bit of information has surfaced which could mean the return of an icon.

Rumors about the appearance of Darth Vader in Gareth Edwards' Star Wars: Rouge One have been circulating for quite some time, but now there's some even bigger news. Hayden Christensen might just be returning to reprise his role as the Sith lord in the yet unnamed Star Wars: Episode VIII.

If they bringing Vader back as a force ghost he's really the only option to play him unless they want to just cast some random old guy and let people figure out who he is.

Not a big surprise to anyone probably but Kathleen Kennedy confirmed that the Star Wars trilogies starting with Force Awakens will continue to follow the generational story of the Skywalker family. Pretty much confirming that one of the new characters cast is a Skywalker.

And some Star Wars trading cards might have already spoiled which one it is though again if right not very surprising either.

Supposedly not a death star but a new superweapon that is even more powerful than the death star being able to destroy entire star systems instead of just a planet. Might be the imperial base the novels have referred to so far as Starkiller base.
