I wouln't be surprised if Sarah went to go find Nyissa (or however her name is spelled) for backup, and then Malcom also making a small truce with Team Arrow to stop Slade.

I doubt he'll die. Even if he does, they'll most likely bring him back later. The dynamic between the two actors is too good to just throw out.

At this point, I think if they do use the cure on him, Oliver will then kill him. No way he'll let Slade live if he has the ability to kill him at this point.
