I'm not disagreeing, but Oliver wouldn't go for it. He didn't before Sara and now that Sara is in the picture, even moreso. I think it was the clock episode, I don't really remember which it was, where the dude hacked her while she was trying to hack him and Oliver got all pissed, and at the end tells Felicity that she would "always be my girl" felt like a bigbro moment to me

I mean she's friend-zoned at the moment, but that doesn't mean forever. I mean there are some hints that they could explore the Felicity/Oliver thing too. Obviously Oliver said that "always be my girl" line as a brother, but there was that point earlier in the season after he slept with Summer Glau and he said that given his secret life he doesn't think it was wise to get involved with anyone he could really care about. She told him something like "I think you deserve someone that you could care about."

I don't think Sara will be Oliver's squeeze forever either; you know Laurel is eventually going to come back into the picture for no other reason than the fact her entire existence as a character is to be the romantic love interest.

I think it's pretty much a given Sara will be killed off sometime during the show, probably around the season finale, to get Laurel in to crazy-land again. She finally got on the right track to not be a complete bitch, and we can't have that, now can we?

Joker I don't think so but pretty sure Green Arrow does have some history with Harley(not big on his history really prior to new 52). Harley is however a current member of the Suicide Squad in the comics along with Deadshot, King Shark, James Gordon Jr., and some others. Least I think she still is. The current landscape of the DC teams is all over the place thanks to Forever Evil which seems to have been going on for a year already. After that things might change with who is on the team.
