Why is this still a recent thread? Crazy chick somewhat attractive for her age and old guy putting up with it to bang her. Relevance ended weeks ago when the ep aired.

I don't know what's better, that people think that page is Amy's doing and not a blatant troll or the finely crafted trolling contained therein.
"sadly we are not hiring heterosexuals at this time".

Their employee contract.
The last point had me fucking rolling.
Wow...lol
And not a single part of that contract is enforceable.
hands washed 5 minutes before scheduled shift.
nigga schedule them five minutes earlier.
If I knew wage & hour lawyer I would show it to them. As it stands, the deduction of wages for broken dishes or burned food, the $250 fine for not working holidays and the non-compete bullshit each individually void the entire contract. Together they make a hilarious case for Judge Judy.
Though I do have a lawyer, I don't know if I'd show them something for shiggles. Instead, I decided to look into Arizona's labor laws, and... found that they have none. They let everything be determined by federal law, which does permit deducting on-the-job damages from employees' pay, so long as there's a signed contract.
As for the fee, I can't definitively say whether it's legal or not. I would like to say "no," given how outrageous it is, but it could be considered a docking of pay for poor performance, and that is legal according to federal law—in principle. However, if an hourly employee is penalized to the point where their wages for the period dip below minimum wage, I believe that creates a problem.
Other than that, a lot of this seems to be surprisingly fine in the state of Arizona. Various parts would not be legal where I live, but they are there.
fucking Arizona...
