Had no luck with my main character or my three mules that I bothered to complete the nation quests with. I did get a Gold Moogle Belt from the ring Moogle on the last day, though. I hadn't had any luck on that front for the past few anniversary events I was around for.

The Aspiring Adventurer was just running around to taunt me, I guess.

Lucked out on the Nomad Rod on main and Chocobo Wand on my mule. I used to wish for the Choco Wand back when digging was great and before you could call your own choco.

i didn't even know chocobo wand was an option that just makes me angrier

Oops my bad. Chocobo Wand came from the Moogle that gives your info about battles/kills/deaths. I tried waiting for my prize on all accounts and ended up with one on a mule. Waiting on other accounts ended up with junk.

Figures I forget to talk to stats moogle to claim my reward after I spent the entire event just hitting the wait option, to see what I get in the end.
