Didn't you have to download it with a code you got with the game? Thats a DLC.
PS4
Xbox One
Both since I'm a spoiled brat
PC is superior

Can his Metroid Crawl?
PC will be the best as always but you will still need consoles for great japanese games and a bunch of other non-japanese games that are still great, Wii U will probably have good first party nintendo games, 3DS will be godly with infinite japanese games, Vita might get good JRPG's, if not, 3DS will, Vita might still get some good decent games and shape up to be a great handheld, and PS4 will have actual video games that aren't sports/fps/racing/brogamer game #5305035053 and Tales games + other good JRPG's.
1) I think PC will be a given where this poll is, which is why it shouldn't have been added
2) This thread asks a question on comparison between the Xbox One and PS4 so both isn't a good answer either
3) PS4
Adding PC to this poll was a bad idea, I would vote for PC because I play games on the PC but that wasn't the original point of this thread.
I think it more along the lines of covering all bases/responses.
I'm inclined to agree with Shinebox on this one. The inclusion of it as an option, in context, just looks like a HURR DURR PC MASTER RACE REPRESENT option. All of us own PCs, most, if not all of us use them for some percentage of gaming. Considering the title of the poll, it's an option that would've been better represented by "Neither".
I think their approach to dealing with it was to not really go into details. The big issues were what, used games and the always on. Used games, I don't see anyway to spin that one, but they didn't spend too much time discussing it, right? Honestly, they should have just not mentioned the having to pay to register an already used game, just said games would have to be installed and registered to each account, leaving the payment aspect ambiguous. With the always on, they never come out and said it, rather put it in the hands of the developers if they'll be using the cloud processing. Did the whole thing with the guy who posted comments on Twitter and got fired occur after they pushed back the conference? I'm sure they were hoping a lot of the criticism would have faded away before their reveal, but that guy just threw fuel on the fire.
For both these problems, I bet the big issue is that most companies have already been sold on the features, so the only option for Microsoft was to hope to wait out the negative press. Game developers are the ones who hate used game sales since they don't make any money off it, so if Microsoft promised them this feature (which kinda makes me think the PS4 will have it as well), then they couldn't just back down. Same with the cloud processing. If I'm a dev who is working on a game that will need the added processing power, I don't want Microsoft suddenly changing that aspect.
PC is superior. Fuck console exclusives, but what can i do? Gotta have at least one if you want to play the good games. Considering i've had my xbox in pieces for years now because i'm too lazy to replace the dvd drive when it broke, i think i'll go with ps4, once there's enough good games to justify it. Maybe next generation i'll pick up a used xbox and play all the games i missed.
I literally just typed about 4 paragraphs, and then deleted it, about how PC shouldn't have been added to this, but I deleted it before I read Shinebox's post.
How about going forward we assume:
- Most people here are intelligent enough to already know that PC is the best option
- People understand that PC has the highest ceiling, always
- The topic name read: "PS4 vs. Xbox One"
- "Both" is a viable option, but adding PC is just dumb
- Wii U is current gen, not next (Lol sorry, I had to)
There is a ton of great games that PC never gets. This is why I will own all 3, and a lot of people here will own at least 1 of the next-gen consoles.
I just don't like the first point. Are you saying that if someone prefers console gaming they are automaticly dumb?
I'll get both. I don't know how that classifies me as a spoiled brat though.
And PC doesn't have my Shin Megami Tensei and other JRPGs so yeah, gotta have my consoles in addition to my PC.
No, there is a multitude of reasons why someone may not own a nice gaming computer.
If the only thing some one owns is a console and he or she believes it is, in fact, better than a great computer, then yes, he or she is dumb.
I have a very high-end computer, but I prefer console gaming 10-1 over PC gaming. I am not calling myself dumb.
This help?
Yay i'm dumb :D (yeah yeah well all knew it already)
