    Scrolls by Mojang

Trailer is up for for the new game by the Minecraft guys.

Open beta starts on 3rd June 2013 and is priced at 20$.

Scrolls is a strategy role-playing video game, independently developed by Mojang which aims to combine elements from trading card games and traditional board games. Scrolls was originally conceived and developed by Jakob Porsér; who strived, along with Markus Persson, for a game that was currently missing from the market. The game will be developed using the Unity game engine.

So, for anyone who has this game: What is your favorite resource type/deck build to play?

I'm running a pretty generic growth deck currently (lots of wolves and kinfolk), but I eventually want to try a growth/order mix for more map control through order spells. Currently I'm still missing some key cards for my growth deck like God Hand/Quake, so I won't be trying a dual color deck for a while yet I don't think.

Also, does anyone have any good strategies for the trail with the 25hp general, 3 skirmishers, or the 5 gravelock one? Those 3 are the only trials I'm having big issues with atm.

Played it a bit a couple weeks ago, it's actually a pretty good game. Started with a growth deck, focused entirely on wolves and buffs. Only complaint I have is lack of variety per color, it seems like if you want a really good deck you pretty much have to make a hybrid of some kind. There also feels like there's a lack of utility cards (like a "discard hand, draw 5 cards" type of thing).

Picked this up the other day. I really enjoy it. To me this fills the gap that those digital MTG games never really could fill. This is gonna get really addicting really fast.
