i understand now why this shit actually ends up killing people. it's fucking brutal, like getting up off the couch takes my breath away brutal.

scarriest thing is if this pain in my lower back and neck doesn't go away i'm gonna have to have a spinal tap done ..... cause it might be menin-fucking-gitis....
