To Aru Kagaku no Railgun S Ep 10

This episode is so tightly scripted. I don't think I've seen a show that has had 3 consistently good episodes in a row since... Fate/Zero, Beautifully animated, beautifully choreographed, beautifully directed. I hope there's more like that coming with second half of Sister Arc. J.C.STAFF has progressed considerably since the Index film, even though this is a TV anime they have definitely surpassed the fluidity of animation and level of detail that was seen in their previous works.

All in all, Misaka versus Mugino delivered a thrilling presentation that was expected of a fair and lengthy Level 5 showdown unlike the short and greatly imbalanced one between her and Accelerator. It showcased a setting which boasted both intelligence, and worthy action made possible only by those with the most gaudy of esper abilities(Great job to Nagi and the Animation Team). I’m really going to miss ITEM since their roles end here. hopefully Index Season 3 is in works since next year is anniversary of the series.

To Aru Kagaku no Railgun S Ep 11

Fun episode. too bad Touma X Misaka interaction was cut short. it was fun seeing some of the scenes re-animated with a higher budget. as for upcoming developments, it’s quite clear where circumstances will go from here with Touma’s appearance. Things will more or less go downhill for Misaka. I look forward to seeing a possible key event which will eventually push her into desperation and compel her towards considering a suicidal mission to save the Sisters.

Best comedy of the season, but not a GREAT anime overall.
Either way, this was definitely the highlight scene. Last ep next week, I don't see how it can top this ep. Probably won't.

I think it's definitely a great anime, just for what it is rather than what it isn't. Every week is hilarious and entertaining and I look forward to it. The Enta Isle story is wack and that part doesn't do much overall for drama, but the fish out of water/adaptation and character interaction are spot on. Not to mention I like all the characters that are present. Animation is superb, art is pretty, music is fitting.

Certainly not the best anime ever even by only this season's standards but shit, love it.

Has anybody seen Nerawareta Gakuen? I only watched about 5 minute of it but the animation and art is fucking fantastic. The colours, the lighting, the movement. To say nothing of the story, it's visually very impressive so far.

Kite being dead, and not only that, but decapitated? And after that whole Gon "Kite is alive, he's probably hiding, waiting for us" bit. Was expecting typical Shonen, and definitely did not get typical Shonen. I can see why people love this series so much

I'm optimistic, but 12 episode for a single arc is either gonna be full of plot or PLOT, don't know which one I'd prefer at this point

The bug arc has all kinds of wtf goin on, so far they are following the manga pretty well (excluding the extra details, and diving right into the action mostly)

Can't wait to see netero vs the bug king fight, and also super sayin Gon vs Neferpitou.

Wonder how far the anime will go... it won't be too long before the anime catches up to where the (translated) manga is at (maybe about 2 more months?)

nah the manga is long as fuck, I'd say 6 ish month just for the chimera ant arc, then there's another arc after that.

next 2 episodes ant king should be up probably, then another 2 for that chess or whatever game girl, then another few for netero's 2 guys fighting the generals, then another 2 for the power ups, then soon after the gon vs nef, hmmm... maybe 3 months I guess?

they have literally cut down the like 80 episode original HxH + 5-7 episodes of OVA, down into like 50 episodes, so its going fast
