That said, if her mother isn't working in her home office, she is also hanging out with us, ignoring whatever the shit is we are playing and Crushing Candies™. She is worse than either of us. I am actually KIND of excited that I will have two copies of the game. Going to do my best to get my daughter hunting Monsters. She is interested, but damn there is a lot to learn and tons of "Eff this! I can't do it!" exit points...
Back on track, what are everyone's plans on Friday? I mean to say, when you fire up the game, is everyone going to spend at least a bit of time in the first Village to get a decent set of Armor and a couple upgrades? Or is everyone wanting to jump straight into the deep end? It wasn't until 3U that I really spent any significant time outside of the solo realm, so I generally go for the former... but with a competent group (and then Rata =P) I wouldn't even mind us hunting online in garbo sets.
