This video was cut in a few places it looks like, and it appears as though it's presented in such a way as to lure the listener in with alien talk before drifting into his talk of shadow government ruling all the major nations, which appears to be completely unrelated to the alien talk entirely. The second half of the video is where I noticed frame skipping that makes it look like it was cut somewhere.

It's really hard to question a government member such as this, but this video is clearly presented in a way to push the proposition of a shadow government and conspiracy bullshit.

I'd buy that there's alien life. I'm pretty sure there's no less than a 100% chance of extraterrestrial life. There's nothing about earth we've found to suggest we're a one-in-googol planet. There's no way I'm buying that they've visited and the government has kept it under wraps. Too many people have been on deathbeds that would be privy to that info for it to not leak.
