Earlier at the Kingdom Hearts Orchestra –World Tour– concert in Los Angeles, Square Enix and Disney Interactive dazzled fans with a new Kingdom Hearts III gameplay trailer featuring never before seen footage based on Disney’s animated hit, “Hercules,” which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year.

In this action-packed trailer, Sora, Donald Duck and Goofy help Hercules battle various forms of Heartless on Mount Olympus through gorgeous visuals and gameplay. Fans will see Sora in a new form, which allows him to perform special powerful solo and joint attacks on his enemies. A new glimpse into the game’s storyline reveals a reunion with Disney villains Hades, Maleficent and Pete as they discuss the location of a mysterious item while Sora is faced with a dilemma in an effort to bring back an old friend.

Fans can look forward to the unveiling of a new world and new trailer during the D23 Expo on July 15, 2017.

Riku I believe. Especially with explicit mention of the darkness and Riku's emphasis on it during 2.

But I never played the side stuff between 2 and 3, so maybe it is the real Ansem.

Way more than I expected from SE, but still a whole lot of nothing from SE. Game has really been polished, so at least they're honestly working on it.

It's a great snapshot of their WIP. The status of the game before this footage was really minimal, tbh. They're further along than I thought.

They made certain to show Sora would retain a lot of his old abilities like Strike Raid and Ars Arcanum, while showing his new stuff will be just as intense and fun.
Looks like old enemies and locales will be heavily represented; Twilight Town (or at least the gate in front of Castle O) was there. Rock Titan is fun to kill.
Hope there's a whole host of dual (or even triple) techs with allies, and not just one for each like what we just saw him do with Goofy.
Japanese James Woods sounds like American James Woods.
Looks like they really polished up the framerate for the footage they showed too. Didn't see hiccups in fps.

It is Ansem. The 3ds game had a bunch of story but the short of it is Xenhort is using time travel bullshit to collect the various versions of himself throughout time, plus using a few of his still supports like Braig and(potentially) Isa to make an Organsation XIII out of entirely Xenhort. I was watching team Four Star's stream of Kingdom Heart series and they even said people who only played 1/2 and jump into 3 are going to be "What the fuck is going on?!" haha.

I think it looks really good. Looks like a lot of fun and yes Jp James Woods is spot on.

Not just you. The overly shiny and glossy textures for the characters is really kind of off-putting. In motion though it looks amazing. At least, going by 0.8 Aqua demo anyway

This was literally my opening statement. It made me laugh too, it went so well with the subtitles.

The art is astonishing, Hades's hair and Maleficence's face caught my eye.

The music sounds so great!!! I see myself buying some vinyls and concert tickets. Never been to crazy about game soundtracks but
