Are you referring to the 2nd pic of the bunch? I think that's just light shining/reflecting off his plastic toy body. His new costume, unless it's going to be changed in the main release, is primarily black with some red highlights

Edit: Although that 4th pic with him looking up at the Fix it Felix title screen looks like some sort of form change as the colour palette of his jacket is different.

This was explained a while ago, there's different forms that change Sora's costume and even his hair colour. I don't remember the details but it's a gameplay mechanic.
