I still have the game preordered on amazon from Jan 25, 2015 for $40.99 for ps4.

This, can we stop with the delayed narrative? It's just not true considering the only date ever given for this game was a generic 2018 which turned to January 2019 this E3.

Coming out in Jan after saying 2018 doesn't even seem like a real delay to me. It's still in the winter period.

I very well could be wrong, but I could have sworn they said it would be out on PS4 at launch time, just nothing was shown until about 1.5 years later.

Just checked, E3 2013 was it's first announcement that it was in development. PS4 was announced February 2013.
