Am I the only person who liked chain of memories?

Finished kh1 last week, wasted well over 8 hours being stuck, retrying, and going back to grinding. Playing on proud cause I'm stubborn.

CoM, on the other hand, has been a complete breeze on proud. Yeah I might lose to a boss once or twice, but it's a lot easier to pick up their pattern and build a deck to destroy them. At least so far. 6 floors down in 5 hours. Hoping to finish this one in under 20. (Sub 15 would be nice)

Not looking forward to KH2... At this rate I'll be ready for KH3 in a few months... Maybe. Damn procrastination.

I actually like (Replica) Riku's story more than Sora's, but it's a fun game once you get into the card system and not see it as a hindrance.

I'll be honest, I don't really find this series convoluted. It's just a lot of plot elements to remember, of which you're not really going to get all of from a 36 minute video.

Most convoluted aspect is the end of DDD, and it's not even that confusing.

Gamestop by me is releasing it at 9PM on the 28th, so that's nice. Except the gamestop part.

Yeah Gold is if you beat all of the data fights, do all 13 mushrooms and beat Lingering Will.

So I watched this video and just laughed at how convoluted all this shit is LOL. I watched a couple reviews of KH3 and people were like yeah there is a story but really it doesn’t matter because it’s just fun running around the Disney world and having fun with the characters and I’m completely fine with that. I think I can enjoy it for what it is without worrying about story beats.

I watched 3 minutes of that video and my head actually hurt trying to follow it. Everyone is a clone of someone or an aspect of someone or half of half of someone's fused brother-in-law. The fact that I played KH, KHII and half of Dream Drop Distance and still didn't get any of the apparently all-important foundational story just tells me that I should stop caring and have fun running around with Disney characters when I eventually play this. Sora can worry about this story shit by himself lol.

Eh you may be in luck for a pc port sometime down the line. All depends on licensing.. PC market is huge and there are plenty of want to be fans that want to play but don't want to purchase consoles just to experience 1 or 2 games.

Yeah, back in the day it was no problem buying consoles for exclusives..but once you start making a game on UE4 (for example) you literally have the ability to support every platform (within reason) so if SE wasn't so lazy and bad at game development these days a PC port could be out before summer, but I know they want to take 6 years porting the first set of games first.

So uh. It's money on the table and considering every game is being released and rereleased on multiple platforms I'd expect it to happen eventually.

Could be another 13 years for all we know. Maybe once FF8 gets a switch port.
