"Guys, so you're aware the things discussed here are not in fact hacks or cheats, but merely abuse of glitches that exist in the game currently. These glitches are currently being worked on by the team"

You can also see everyone's IP if that wasn't mentioned
The game is alright. I'd really have to see how "endgame" is handled. I never played Destiny, but from what I know, it seems a lot like that. So far I'm not impressed with the direction the game will probably take. I did have a lot of fun with the setting, and shooting, even though the scope of my sniper rifle was bugged... I wonder if it would have been a PC only title, how much more interactive the environment could have been (more enter-able buildings, destructible environment). We've seen a lot of shooters over the years, and innovations brought forth in previous titles, some that are really fun, hardly ever get incorporated in newer titles.
Ah yes, "glitches."
Abuse of glitches is not a form of cheating, thanks for clearing that up Ubisoft.
Except Destiny doesn't have a cover system or friendly fire.

XBone Italy leaks announcement of Division open beta.
Speaking of Europe, they really need regional servers lol.
I know Europeans must get tired of dealing with Russians, but we already have Brazilians. We don't need Russians and Brazilians.

Open beta February 16-21 with XBone getting a 24 hour headstart.
Ubi cut more than just missions, areas, and have a level cap. They also removed a ton of mobs. Streets in the full game are supposed to have a ton of enemies. TB also discovered than gunning down civs yields exp with no negatives.
I would definitely play the game if they add more mobs, and make the PVP a little more meaningful other than Get Loot, Don't Get Killed.
The problem with the PVP is:
It's too easy to go Rogue by accident
- Two shots into a guy who crosses in front of your rifle, a guy who does it on purpose, lag
It's too easy to get trolled into going Rogue
- See above, add onto it people who shoot you once to see if you're mad enough to shoot back. Same with using a shotgun or M1, shoot someone once and they are almost dead, guaranteed to shoot back at you at which point you've reloaded and they die.
It's too easy to escape while being Rogue
- Smart play in this instance, but still. Going into an out of bounds area, presumably not an option during release. Also, areas that have a ridiculous chokepoint AND overwatch of an LZ.
There is no system for identifying what someones predilection to going Rogue is
- DayZ Mod had a humanity system, an easily (unless you found an outfit) verifiable way of knowing what someones inclination to kill other players was. This game could use something like that because even at release the Dark Zone won't be the size of Chernarus or an Arma map, you'll always be in close contact with people. "This guys file says he's a fuckwad, be careful". Something like that.
There is no reason to go Rogue, or not go Rogue
- DayZ Mod also had bonuses for being good/bad guys. That would help aside from the fact that the best way to farm currency is killing people. Good guy? Cheaper DZ prices. Bad guy? Better DZ currency drops. Each side has different elite weapons/gear to get at the end.
Edit: The bullet spongey nature of the game also makes solo play extremely difficult. If I wasn't a baller I would have continually been fucked even by people I severely outgeared. In a 2v1 (it's usually like 5v1 but whatever) situation, it's unlikely you will win solo.
Really hoping for some kind of resolution on this cheating shit. The beta was great fun initially, but once the cheating started, it was ruined. Won't drop a dime for something like that.
I remember reading that Ubisoft has some anti-cheat stuff in place, but it was not enabled for the beta.
Regardless I still see it being a problem, storing stuff client side for these kinds of games never ends well.
Typically, Ubisoft lets people rampantly cheat in their betas so they can find out what injection engines are being used and how people attacked the game so that they can get their software up at release.
