Just finished General Assembly @27. What is the best way to finish to 30 quickly? I tried Free Roam matchmaking in Turtle Bay, but it didn't seem like I was getting the XP for the side missions that I had done before.

you need to do nearly all of the encounters to max your wings, so start with those.

So awesome, getting ready to complete police academy on hard and as last enemy dies leader trolls the whole group and kicks everyone.

I avoided matchmaking up until Friday when I thought it'd be faster. I get into the group and the leader immediately kicks me and another guy, forcing me to have to run back to the mission from .5km away. Decided to do the mission solo anyway and finished before I had to get the wifey anyway.

I'll give it another try today, probably, but I can definitely see people being assholes constantly.

There goes the trick Church told us about.

Named NPCs will no longer respawn after being killed in the Open World. This will prevent situations where players were able to kill a same named NPC over and over again.

High end drop rates are up in dark zone at same time, more reason to farm there.

Key Chests also have a chance for High End as well, which is what it was in the E3 video with the terrible actors.

The High End drop rate was terrible after they nerfed PC, we'll see how much better it becomes. Personally I think they'll only increase gear drop rates, weapons are currently the lowest drop rate of all items. Of the 5-6 people I play with, the only non-Midas we've got was my First Wave M1A and it had shit talents so I salvaged it.

Edit: And increasing gear drop rates is basically just giving people 2 high end crafting materials because crafting is simply always better.

Credit increase for higher NMs being delayed:

Phoenix Credits drop have been increased on lvl 31 and 32 enemies in the Dark Zone: Please note that due to this fix causing client stability issues, we have to remove it from this update until it can be addressed in a next one
Lvl 30: 1-3 Phoenix Credits
Lvl 31: 2-4 Phoenix Credits
Lvl 32: 3-5 Phoenix Credits

They tuned them down quickly enough, though I will concede that implementing a gradated scale based on mob level may pose a greater issue (weren't they previously the same for all mobs?).

This was one of the better guides I saw on gearing up, etc. once you hit 30

is the drop rate on caduceus that bad or did they patch bullet king already? I must have killed him 150 times now

or is there something i have to do before i can get gold drops? I'm 30 and have yet to see any gold

if you can kill him more than once then the patch isnt live.

It's a gold weapon drop, it's rare.
