I'll say it again. People are assholes. I was getting kicked from groups for freaking hard mode dailies with a 158 gear score. Seriously?

PC guys want to do some dailies this evening? I'll be on around 5 EDT again and going to try to hop on again later tonight as well. Having leftovers for dinner so I get to be fairly lazy; plus no real plans for the weekend other than changing my tires out and maybe a hike.

Because of posts like this I started doing matchmaking for hard modes. Had a group of 140s and a 105 last night. They were probably shocked I didn't drop.

When Fondue was running me through Hards and the Challenging we had one guy join and drop quickly. The other was around Fondue's GS and stuck around. I can't imagine the missions going much quicker. Maybe if I had a better weapon we could shave off like 3 minutes on Lex challenging.

I just tried to do my part with support station and flashes. Even with crit HS on my sniper doing 140k, their armor barely budged.

Yeah the only person I've ever kicked from a hard mode was a guy that was 42. I mean seriously how is that even possible? Anyone with 100+ score can stay. It's a hard mode not like 40 man ragnaros shit.

Honestly, you probably don't need any GS to do Hard mode dailies. I mean, you run Hard mode GA to GET GS gear. Do you really need it to run the Hard dailies?

So Fondue was able to run you through some Challenging missions? I better up my fucking game then, my shit gets waxed when I try to do them solo.

Hah. Well we had a second guy with us that was chill. He was around the same GS as Fondue so I'm sure that made it easier.

I think you can check people (right?), but I didn't bother looking at either of their gear sets.

EDIT: With their help, though, I'm up to 153? GS. Need a new primary, secondary, chest, and mask. The rest are golds + Striker's gloves (the set item). I want to try to do the dailies when I get home then do some DZ after dinner to get my DZ rank up (still 0). Want to at least get access to some kind of decent primary.

I'm up around 180 now but I get fucking destroyed in the DZ. A guy went rogue on me last night and killed me in like .25 seconds with bullets, then when I was hunting him after I respawned, he one-shot me with a Sticky Bomb. Just feels like people in the DZ are way, way more powerful than me even though my GS is creeping upward. It's getting really frustrating.

I'm thinking less running around in the DZ solo for me would be a wise idea ... but yeah, I have no problem equipping a gimpy secondary/sidearm to drop myself under 160. I'll try that tonight when I get home.

If you aren't expecting it and are standing still you're gonna get instantaneously melted, a few seconds of free headshots and he probably buffed up

Haha, I'm always expecting it. I don't keep still very much at all but I still get my face melted. I'll figure it out someday..

That makes sense. I guess if you dropped your GS and kept everything in your inventory, they were afraid you would try to re-equip all of the higher GS stuff again to gain an advantage.

I did hard mode, dude was lvl 20. i dont personally care what level people are in hards, i typically match make just so i can be lazy and zerg shit.

That's what I was getting at. Some people, including some of the people on here, were doing Hard mode for the missions for first completion. I don't think you should kick a guy for having a low gear score for a Hard daily.

Hard dailies are so easy to solo for established players, it's just a dick move to kick people from those groups.
