WiiU doesn't have GC ports, so no more GC controllers. Gonna have to get used to those Pro controllers.

And not surprised all the characters from previous version aren't going to be included -- would you really want characters like the Ice Climbers to return?

On the controller front, I don't mind the Pro controller but, yeah, it is weird that they copied the 360 controller but just moved the control sticks. I guess it might be better for a FPS that you primarily use the two control sticks and triggers to be more ergonomic...but still...

The gamecube controller came before the 360, so its kind of exempt from any comparisons to controllers made after it.

This game seems to have more let downs on paper than anything else. Hopefully they give news that isn't bad sometime soon. Not so convinced on getting a Wii U at the moment. Will probably get the 3ds version though anyways because I plan on getting a 3ds for other games
