I'm wondering now if Nintendo isn't going to slowly add characters that are in Project M in an attempt to slowly choke it out of existence without the fan backlash of shutting it down with lawsuits.

As an aside, anyone disappointed that the Mewtwo trailer wasn't more? They could/should have made it a part of Greninja+Charizard's with him lurking in the shadows at the end.

The Lucas trailer was funny and fit with the theme of the Mother series.

Not sure what you meant by this. Both Lucas and Mewtwo look like they have the same abilities as they did in their previous Smash games.

Definitely glad to see Lucas back considering they removed much of the Mother 3 music for some reason...

Obvious Geno vote is obvious let us hope it happens. October a long ways away... Disappointed they didn't put Takamaru because they felt people may not know him when there are several cameos of him in other games. Would've liked to see Geno, Takamaru, Ghirahim, and Marina Liteyears. I wonder though if people will vote for Snake more than Geno. I'd assume they'd have an easier time to get Snake than Geno but Geno all the way!

The Mother series has the least representation of all the games, only 3 new songs across both games, and 9 songs total. Every other series has at least 20.
