Are people getting a WiiU just for this game? My friends and I played Melee and Brawl pretty much every night through college, and I played 64 and Melee with my friends from home before that pretty frequently after each came out. The systems were worth having at that point though, I'm not sure it's worth getting the new system.

The only problem is none of my friends have a 3DS either there's that.

Unless they suddenly made a Super Metroid sequel, there's nothing I want on the WiiU. Smash is way too far removed from Melee and even if they went back to Melee, Sakurai seems content to keep characters completely unbalanced out of whatever sense of Japanese pride he can't seem to let go of.

I'll do like I did for Brawl: play it over a friends and eventually borrow it after they get bored of it within a few weeks.

MM only for fierce diety Link, so we can finally have an old-school-eqsue link that fires blade beams.

The only things I'd play are Super Mario (and beat it in a week or less), Smash, and maybe Monster Hunter. I'd get bored of all them very quickly too.

There's been no release date announced for this right? I'll likely get a WiiU for this game's release if the new Zelda has been formally revealed, or if X has an official release date.

AWWWWWWW YEAH!

I guess I'm one of the few excited for Toon Link's return. After Sheik was gutted I had to find a new main and he kind of fit my playstyle perfectly after removal of Kid Link.

Though a MM type system like Pokemon Trainer maybe would be kind of neat. Final Smash would obviously be Fierce Deity Link.

I'm a big fan of Toon Link as well, but I get yelled at by my friends when I play him. He's very floaty comparatively.
