Finally, an update to kinda care about. Nintendo knows how to build up with random shots of stages nobody gives a shit about or characters we already know are in game doing shit nobody cares about.

I would say how many games give you this many updates. And realistically, we all know what we're getting in a Smash game, so the only big surprises are levels and characters.

Looks kind of like another take on Olimar+Pikmin, halfway to meeting Ice Climbers. Not complaining though, Rosalina is awesome. That music alone made me hype.

At this point since I have a 3DS for other things and Wii U hasn't enticed me yet, I hope the 3DS version isn't terrible.

Luma update goes a long way, I may reconsider my position. We shall see, it is still early.

Galaxy 1 & 2 are amazing games just because if you have someone who wants to help but isnt very good at playing, like a young child, they can still help you by collecting star bits with their pointer. It's almost like having them play Tails from Sonic 2. They can be terrible, but can only really help you.

Also, the Lumas were cute as hell.

I only played a bit of Galaxy 1, but 2 was a lot of fun. PLayed through the whole thing in a weekend when visiting my girlfriend when we first started dating. We were both broke so she still had to work despite me visiting. I spent a few days playing it through.

Highly recommend playing them.

Last week, Nintendo revealed Rosalina from Super Mario Galaxy as a playable character in Super Smash Bros. In addition to last week’s trailer and screenshots for Rosalina, director Masahiro Sakurai has shared a few scant gameplay details on her via Miiverse.

Rosalina and Luma can be right by each other or set farther apart. They’re both controlled by the player, so a smash attack can be done from far off. Remote control all the way!

A Luma becomes a star. Lumas are tough, but can also be blown away. Luckily, there’s an infinite number of them.

Zelda is back but they don't show any Shiek pictures. Weird. She does have some sort of armed soldier attack.. thing. Wonder what her new deal is.

They may be changing her moveset up a bit, the soldier is from the DS games Phantom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks,though that one is definitely the one from Spirit Tracks where in that game, Zelda becomes a spirit and actually is able to possess those soldiers. When she did it changed from blue to that pinkish/purple color.

Hopes for Toon Zelda seem to be gone since they gave her armored soldier attack away to TP Zelda... hopes for Toon Ganondorf seem to be going away now too...
