Is this any good for the 3DS? Don't have a Wii U
If you like smash it's still really fun, especially online. However, I do miss the controller and can only imagine the glorious that will be the Wii U version.
It's definitely entertaining but I'm already not taking this version remotely serious. Lack of C stick completely kills it for me and makes everything just feel awkward.
Seriously am going to look for my wii ethernet adapter at my parents house, anyone confirm if it works w/ the wii u? Holy shit wifi on this game is going to be a disaster. Also yes, i seriously miss my c-stick, but honestly, i'm using this as practice to learn the characters.
i have never played smash before but for some reason i bought this. i opened it and then immediately played 2 matches against one of my XIV friends and won both of them. i had a lot of fun, but i think i might retire to preserve my undefeated smash record
I'm getting to the point where the cstick would be saving me maybe 3 frames.
I bet my circle pad dies in one week.
3DS XL though; apparently those are holding up better.
Never had hand sweat with playing my 3DS before this game.
Loss of grip, awkward handling for moves. Can not possibly play this with 3D mode on at all.
Just realized Gourmet Race is not in the soundtrack, this game is dead to me.
Yeah I tried him out for a bit and he just feels awful.
You really can tell almost instantly whether a character is viable or not. I gave Palutena a try earlier and she just felt abysmal. Checked the assumed tier list and yup, bottom of the barrel.
Someone challenged me next weekend at NYCC at smash. Anyone wanna be a part of my 1 week training montage so I don't suck as badly.
IMO you should fight your skill until they give you no challenge then you upgrade skill lv
Had some time to play with this, and out of the new characters I definitely like Robin and Rosalina the most. Marth still feels alright but they crippled him again. I wonder if they'll allow alt character moves, because otherwise some characters are just super bad.
You definitely level up faster if you fight people above your skill level. But that is only if you communicate with them imo. Tell you what you are doing wrong, what you can do, how to improve etc.
Also really enjoying ness so far. He feels much better then the previous versions. I am going to add people to my 3ds later tonight my code is: 3394-3650-6303
I probably have some of you still from Pokemon but will go back a page or 2 to add people.
Kuno wanna train?
my game is open if anyone else wanna train
