It seems to run anywhere from 80-100%HP from what I've noticed, but that's hardly accurate.

I'm not sure, but it seems to me that it's more like "do enough damage to the mob" (or perhaps get enough hate) and you get credit. I think I remember getting credit for mobs that were at 30-40% hp for instance, but survived long enough for me to get in a few hits.

The dev team could always just make it so that the NMs flail only hits the alliance that triggers it.

jobs have no traits, only skills

AF does not have "enhances xxx" and the jobs/classes for a lot of armor are now different

While the base value for skillspeed goes up (was 200something when I logged on at level50, as opposed to 56), my GCD remained at 2.5 until I started equipping gear with skillspeed

That depends on what kind of MMOs you like. It's different from 11, in a sense it's more of a "modern" mmo, but definitely a high 9 from what I've experienced so far

Looks like all items go to inventory and you have to move stuff to armory to start; as well as pick up stuff from the calamity guy.

Sorry if I'm stupid, I don't recall MNK stone so do you mean the MNK soul?
Have to progress at least out of the starting instance part to equip the souls and they have to be in your armory first to do so.

If that's not what you mean then completely disregard what I'm saying because I have no idea what a monk stone is.
