So to upload you just hit the Home button, go to the 3DS Browser and go to i.nintendo.net and you will be able to link to your Twitter, Facebook or Tumblr accounts. I just created a Tumblr account for the sole purpose of sharing screenshots, so that is all I have it tied to.

Once your account(s) of choice is(are) connected, you simple click the browse button on the i.nintendo.net screen, choose the image to upload and bam, done.

Home screen out, back to that sweet AC fun.

Kicks, unfortunately, is at least a 2-day build. Buddy thought his was going to open up yesterday but it was still under construction.

So what's the general daily to-do list in this? From what I'm seeing, it's shake trees until stung to death/2 furnishings, ore rock, money rock, 5-6 some holes to dig, buy everything from Nook/Able/Flower-guy for building/item upgrades, then farm fish for bells for the rest of the day.

I'm at the point where everything's a grind, got my 3 bridges up, and it's just whittling away at increasingly expensive house upgrades and the odd prop to place in town. I should probably make a bug/fish list for stuff I can catch in this season though so I can 100% the collection by next year.

FYI, my turnip resale price at Re-Tail is something like 455 bells. So I am opening up my gates for 2-3 hours for anyone that wants to sell theirs. Enjoy. I will be in sleep mode off and on, but checking BG on and off in case anyone NOT on my FList wants in. PM me!

So about QR functionality, just talk to Sable often, and eventually she will open that up? Really looking forward to seeing some of the THOUSANDS of badass designs out there on my screen.

When I get to my tree shaking routine every day, I do it to catch bees. Have the net ready, shake and run the opposite way at the same time. If the bees drop, run until they are just off screen and pull out my net. Turn immediately, and hit catch the very moment they come on screen. Bees are worth a fortune and you can get about 5 a day.

Also, I need fruit! Only have apples and oranges, planted a pear yesterday.

I have (what I think is) a better bee strategy.

Shake trees from the top, behind the tree. When a hive drops, immediately run over to it with it below you. Open your actual inventory (do not quite switch), which keeps the bees from moving at all. Equip the net, and when you exit inventory you will automatically be facing down right at the hive and can just hit em with the net immediately. Haven't been stung yet!

Once you have island access, Bees completely stop being worth the trouble after you catch one for the encyclopedia/museum. Just fill your inventories with sharks/beetles all night for bells.

Cut down the central trees leaving only the palms. Remove the stumps as well. One of the butterflies is worth 2.5k but might not be worth it. AFAIK there is a maximum number of bugs on the island at one time so chase away the roaches and such by slamming your net near them.

Dig holes in the entire raised part of the island as well. Keeps shit like grasshoppers, tiger beetles and the like from spawning at all. The only thing you'll have to worry about is chasing off the occasional wharf roach and hermit crab.
