I think it is more likely as well. However, the refusal to release autopsy and toxicology results adds to the mystery and intrigue. Did you watch the video posted about a few security guys gaining control of a car through the RDS (including via bluetooth), ECU, and GPS systems? It is incredibly easy if you know the systems because there is nothing stopping you from doing it. There is no security.

There is also nothing stopping this guy from falling asleep or passing out drunk...

I'm skeptical about drunkenness because supposedly he hadn't drank in like 5 years. Now falling asleep is plausible given the hour; however, all this stuff about his emails and medical examination ineptitude is definitely fishy.

Not sure about his specific car but I believe the study was done on Mercedes vehicles and if his car was relatively within the same year as the test car it would work unless they were both built completely differently or his car had some sort of security features (which i'm not sure they have implemented yet). That said its far more likely someone just tampered with the car if they were trying to kill the guy. Has there been any independent investigations on the vehicle for tampering?

Well that and burning the victims body up are totally legit things to do!

Arnt there like laws about cremation/recovery of the body? My father-in-law just passed and my mother-in-law had to actually look over documents with his picture and sign 2 papers just to have him cremated. I'm pretty sure when my dad died I had to sign papers stating I wanted a viewing to take place and the body to get processed.

It's actually illegal to process a body without the family's consent. They can sue.

1. witnesses said the car began exploding before the crash
2. he hadn't had a drink in 5 years
3. he sent sketchy e-mails right before this happened and tried to contact his lawyer
4. they will not release autopsy / toxicology info
5. they cremated him against family's will

if believing that these 5 facts makes foul play more likely than an accident makes me crazy, then call me crazy

What's with the swaying of the camera like someone is holding it? Isn't this supposedly a security camera mounted on the side of a building?
