Youtube HD not working

Whenever I watch a video in 480p or lower it'll work fine.

As soon as I put it in HD though, the video will go to 1080p, play for a few seconds and then stop while the audio continues, along wth the time bar.

I have absolutely no idea what's causing this. Google's been telling me to disable hardware acceleration wich I did, but it didn't fix it.

it might be your ISP tbh, its come out that time warner, comcast, and a few other ISPS are throttling youtube, twitch, and a few other streaming places
you might also try uninstalling flash and reinstalling it, trying it on a different browser (chrome, firefox, opera, or even IE)
