Sure, I do have some bias as a lifelong Pens fan, but even non fans have to admit the greatness that is Super Mario.

Lemieux is the second hockey player whose name I committed to memory in a part of the country where where people barely acknowledge three national sports where the third is baseball.

Everyone knows Gretzsky.
Then next for me was Gordie Howe (thanks to The Simpsons).
Then Lemieux and Jagr pretty much at the same time.
Then 20 years passed, and now I actually watch hockey.

So the frenchies voted Habs the best logo in the NHL (which i don't agree) but lol at the flyers in the west

Top three for me would be Jets, Sharks, and then probably the *current* Sabres logo (I like how it resembles an Army patch). The Sens secondary logo is nice too but makes me think too much of Opera, lol.

You and Izzy keep bringing this up, but it doesn't seem to bother the Wild at all that they aren't in Minneapolis. And it's not like it's sunny and 90 degrees out year-round up there like it is in Phoe-I mean Glendale.

Putting the team in Phoenix proper won't change anything. And now that they're the *Arizona* Coyotes, now the whole state can share in the failure.
