They did this last year as well. A Vancouver resident purchased season tickets just so he could say he had NHL season tickets lol. The story gets pretty awesome.

I pay $2 for parking during weekday and Saturday games after 6PM. Sunday parking is free. Found this little secret spot that only a handful of people seem to know about, and it's only a couple more blocks away from the arena lol.

But damn that Florida deal, I'd be all over that like I am over my rice.

Public transportation in Montreal had a subway stop that connected with the arena. In Calgary it seems to be 3-4 blocks away.

The Bell Centre parking lot is something like 15-25 bucks on event nights, its ridiculous.

My boyfriend is Jewish, so we drove around for 40 minutes looking for the cheapest lot, it was $11. Highest was like $25. Going to Lightning games there's nowhere to park for free and just walk awhile like there is when you go to Rays games, if you don't mind walking a mile or two you can park for free.

Event parking is such fucking bullshit no matter how you slice it, total rip off.
