Interested to hear Leafs fans thoughts on this.

Don't think he's really done enough with the team to merit a 5 year extension, but who cares, it's not like he can't be bought out if he does a terrible job, he's managment. I like some of the stuff he's done, but he shouldn't be credited for the work of Burke. Personally I credit last years successes to Burke/Carlyle, Nonis will have more of a fingerprint on this years team after the off-season he's had, so I personally would have waited till this season played out before giving him 5 more years.

This http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/story/?id=428504 has my mind peaked though, and I'm really interested to see how Nonis handles this. Right now Franson is my favorite d-man on the Buds, and if we lose him I'll be pissed. Nonis needs to make sure he gets Franson locked up.

I hope for our sakes he has something planned, cause right now we're sitting with too many d-men, and I'd hate to see Gardiner or Franson go. If he can't trade Liles, I'd rather see him put Liles on waivers to clear up room for Franson. When the season starts, I hope our d rotation is Phaneuf/Franson, Gardiner/Gunnarson, Reilly/Fraser and Ranger as the 7th man.

Well after numerous testing they sent my wife home with a pee jug. She has to "save" all of her urine for the next 24 hours, refrigerate it, then take it back to the hospital tomorrow morning. They'll run tests and let us know the results after that.

The convention is all weekend, the opening ceremony was the only thing on tv, and you didn't miss anything with with Crow. They just interviewed him about the season and the playoffs, the feelings of 09 not making the team and going to Rockford, and then how he turned that around to winning the cup.
