So Bryz's agent said he'd "actively consider" the possibility of Ilya coming to Edmonton. Maybe he can tell his space satellites to warm up the weather here so it's not winter 8 months of the year like he was talking about in his "Heff to be mad" interview.

If he didn't want to go to Winnipeg, he won't go to Edmonton. Meh, you never know though. Edmonton has potential to have a dynasty with all their young stars. The dude doesn't like Canada, though.

Too bad they didn't get a 5th year on that, guy has franchise player potential. Hate to see divisional opponents make really good moves, but as someone who just likes the game overall this is a great deal.

teams seem to do it by geographic proximity and penguins-flyers is a bloodbath the organizations don't want to go through twice for meaningless preseason games so the Penguins tend to play west teams for a spin on things.

Lets just see how Gardiner and Rielly develop. Morgan Rielly has been touted as a Kris Letang clone so why give up an arm and a leg for the elder Letang? I think Letang will get an extension though. Maybe him and Jonathan Bernier are buddies and thats why he wants to be on TO? I dunno. WHO KNOWS! I DONT KNOW!

I'm willing to give Booth a shot if it means we buy out someone that Luongo deal gives us. Haven't really seen Booth a full season with proper line-mates. Ballard i really want gone as this guy has been given so many opportunities to shine and has failed.
