Why does it sound like this guy's only argument is "this is our only option"?

The other option is very clearly moving the team the hell out of Glendale (and probably Arizona). Why they continue to think they have the right to a team and that everyone else should take on the risks and debt is something I don't understand. Can anyone explain?

Edit: To add, why are they so determined to keep the team there? It clearly has not, and probably never will work. More people show up to watch the Kitchener Rangers play than people show up to watch the Coyotes.

Groups with money don't want the risks of the Coyotes.

They try to minimize the risks in any way possible, which is basically fucking the City of Glendale with risk. The city will lose a lot of money if they stay.

Really its mostly the pols screwing Glendale, and Renaissance going after a low-risk profit opportunity. The league already has a lot of liability here and just wants *someone* to right the ship, but they don't want to have to rescue the team again in a few years, and they don't want to come out looking like it's their fault the deal got sunk, so they're playing it cool but setting the stage for Glendale to take the blame either way.

They are likely going to stay in Phoenix which is just sad really. They can't run well due to no real ownership. I dont see this team getting better honestly.
