PS3 Keypad?

Anyone have an experience with the Sony Wireless Keypad? Wondering if it is a better option than getting a keyboard for when I play on PS3 instead of PC.

Depends on the size of your fingers, If you have big fingers good luck with the keypad. You can take any usb keyboard and plug it into the ps3.
i simply took my laptop usb keyboard and plugged it into ps3. It was somewhat awkward juggling between keyboard and controller but you get used to it. I had the keyboard sitting sideways leaning on the chair i was sitting in so i could simply grab it when i needed to type stuff, and just left the controller in my lap for the healing/attacking/whatever button

We have that keypad. You actually should check if it would even work for 14. It only seems to work for actual Playstation programs (ie logging in using the PS interface, or using the PS internet). It doesn't work for 11, netflix, hulu, etc. So I actually doubt it'll work for 14.


As well, it is rather small, and while it's still nice for the PS login in stuff, I totally wouldn't use it for chats.

Sounds like I'd be better off with a cheap USB keyboard. I make so many typos on my phone, I'd hate to have to so that without auto correct.
